AOT-MSK-PCM-1K economic planetary centrifugal mixer is designed for laboratory slurry and paste mixing, equipped with a dual-axis centrifugal system (500rpm for the main disk and 125rpm for the vessel), which can generate a high centrifugal force of 90×g to achieve efficient and uniform mixing of 500g samples. The equipment adopts 60W AC motor, supporting 1 second to 99 hours of timed operation and infinitely variable speed (0-500rpm), suitable for battery slurry, ceramic slurry, nano-materials and other R & D needs. 410 × 410 × 470mm compact body (45kg) is compatible with 110V/240V power input (the American standard plug standard), equipped with non-slip shock-absorbing base and overload protection module, providing low-cost, high reliability and high efficiency for small and medium-sized laboratories. Q1: How to switch between 110V and 240V power input?
A: The device needs to replace the corresponding voltage power module internally (not user-operated), you need to specify the voltage version when purchasing the device, standard with US plug, other plug types can be customized.
Q2: Is it suitable for mixing slurries with viscosity >5000cPs?
A: It is recommended to add in batches or reduce the initial speed (<200rpm) to avoid overloading the motor, and ≤300g of sample volume is recommended for high viscosity mixing.
Q3: Is the container material resistant to chemical corrosion?
