AOT-MSK-BPC-DF200 three-roll continuous hot rolling press is specially designed for lithium-ion battery dry electrodes and solid electrolyte sheets. It is equipped with three sets of hardened Cr12MoV rollers (HRC58-62, roll seam accuracy ±2.5μm) with independent temperature control (200℃), pressure control (15T/roll) and speed control (0.3-2m/min) to support the continuous roll pressing of 200mm wide materials. High-precision continuous roller pressing. The hot rolling press adopts single-phase 220V power supply (5kW power consumption), single-roll pressure resolution ±0.30kg, and can accurately regulate electrode porosity and electrolyte sheet densification (density fluctuation ≤1.2%). Independent PID control of roll surface temperature (±1℃), suitable for thermal activation of dry electrode binder and crack-free molding of solid electrolyte brittle materials. The whole machine size is 1200×680×1400mm (net weight 600kg), compatible with 25±3℃ clean workshop environment, providing efficient solutions for solid state battery pilot line and dry electrode mass production.

A: Each roll is integrated with dual-zone infrared temperature measurement and closed-loop heating module, the temperature difference of the whole roll surface is ≤±1℃, avoiding the deterioration of the performance caused by localized overheating of the material.
