The LLZTO pellet features a cubic garnet structure with 0.75×10⁻³ S/cm ionic conductivity and ≥5.10g/cm³ density. Designed for all-solid-state lithium batteries, it enables high-energy-density (>500Wh/kg) and ultra-safe designs by replacing flammable liquid electrolytes.

Tantalum doped lithium lanthanum zirconium garnet, composed of>99 9% of precursor material synthesis Phase: Cubic phase, garnet structure Theoretical density: 5.5 g/cm3 as a solid-state electrolyte material for all solid-state lithium-ion batteries. Tantalum doped LLZTO with a nominal composition of Li6.75 La3Zr1 5Ta0. 5012(Ta-doped LLZT0), Because of its high lithium ion conductivity and chemical stability to lithium, it is used as a solid electrolyte material for lithium based batteries and its stability at high temperatures. Because of its better electrochemical stability, LLZTO Pellet is more suitable for it is a solid electrolyte material. Lithium ion conductivity: up to~6-7x10-4 S/cm at room temperature.

A: The ionic conductivity of the LLZTO pellet does vary with temperature. At room temperature (25°C), the ionic conductivity is ≥0.75 mS/cm, while at 60°C, it can reach ≥1.2 mS/cm.
