AOT-MSK-121-MC is a pneumatic slitting machine for pouch cell case cutting. The pouch cell case was loaded with a fixture for cutting with defined size.
AOT-MSK-121-MC pneumatic slitting machine is designed for precision cutting of soft pack battery shells, equipped with 300mm long cutting blade (effective cutting length 280mm), supporting the maximum thickness of 15mm aluminum-plastic film slitting, cutting pressure up to 150kgf, and efficiency up to 300-500 times/hour. The machine adopts pneumatic drive system and is equipped with 4662 soft pack battery fixture as standard (compatible with customized fixture), which is suitable for cutting shaped battery cases. The platform size is 310×200mm, with integrated safety grating and pressure adaptive adjustment module, cutting accuracy ±0.2mm, burr height <50μm, to meet the high efficiency and high consistency processing requirements of the mass production line of power batteries and energy storage soft pack batteries.

A: Provide 3D drawings or samples of battery case, we will design the fixture (positioning accuracy ±0.1mm), delivery time 7-15 working days, compatible with shaped, multi-hole structure cutting needs.
Q2: How to replace the blade when it is worn out?
A: Loosen the quick release bolts of the blade holder, remove the old blade and install the new blade (edge angle 25°±1°), and automatically adjust the level through the calibration module, the whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
Q3: Does the pneumatic slitting machine have a safety protection mechanism?
A: The integration of infrared grating emergency stop (response time <0.1 second) and two-hand start button, the cutting process hands into the work area immediately stop, in line with the CE machinery safety standards.
Q4: How to adjust the cutting efficiency (300-500 times/hour)?
A: Set the air pressure value (0.4-0.8MPa) and the stroke interval time through the touch panel. The higher the pressure and the shorter the interval, the higher the efficiency, and the need to balance the quality of cutting and the life of the equipment.
Q5: How to solve the problem of excessive edge burrs after cutting?
A: Check the sharpness of the blade (it is recommended to change it for every 100,000 cuts), adjust the air pressure to 0.6-0.7MPa to ensure that the aluminum-plastic film is laminated uniformly without air bubbles, and the height of the burr can be controlled to be <30μm.
