1. Product Overview This is an 8-channel independent high-precision battery analysis system designed for cylindrical cells (e.g. 18650) and pouch lithium cells, supporting full charge-discharge profiling, capacity grading, cycle life testing, DC internal resistance measurement and cell formation. A dedicated variant (CT-4008-Z) is available for supercapacitors, Ni-MH and NiCd rechargeable batteries with a minimum discharge voltage of 0 V. All 8 channels operate under fully independent closed-loop constant current & constant voltage control. Channel parallel mode doubles the maximum test current to support high-rate testing. Equipped with dedicated test software, the system fits laboratory research, small-batch cell production verification and battery pack performance evaluation.

1. 8 Independent Channels with Parallel Current Expansion** Each channel adopts separate closed-loop CC/CV architecture without mutual interference. Channels can be paralleled to boost the maximum test current from 6 A to 12 A, covering micro-current material testing and high-rate cell characterization.


2. High Precision & Fast Sampling Performance** 16-bit AD/DA conversion delivers voltage and current accuracy & stability of ±0.05% FS, with power stability of ±0.1% FS. Current full-range response time is only 1 ms, and 10 Hz data sampling ensures real-time curve tracking. Four-wire testing eliminates line resistance errors, with built-in DC resistance testing function.

Auto-switchable Multi-Range Current Measurement** Two auto-switchable current ranges: 0.0001 A–0.1 A for micro-current electrode material research, and 0.1 A–6 A for standard cell formation and grading. Three voltage sub-ranges further optimize measurement accuracy across different load levels. 4. Comprehensive Test Modes & Complex Cycle Logic Support** Supports CC, CV, CCCV, constant power charging; constant current, constant power, constant resistance discharging; and pulse charge/discharge. It supports up to 3 layers of nested loops, 1–65535 total cycles, and a maximum single step duration of 365 days for long-term aging and durability tests.


5. Multi-layer Hardware & Software Safety Protection

 Software safeguards include power-off data retention, offline testing, and customizable thresholds for overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, undercurrent and delay protection. Hardware is pre-installed with anti-reverse connection modules to prevent cell damage from reverse wiring. The operating noise is lower than 85 dB for lab and factory environments


6. Complete Data Storage & Export System** Built-in MySQL database for massive test data storage; TCP/IP Ethernet communication connects to upper computers. Test data and curves can be exported as Excel, TXT or image files. Multi-language software interfaces (Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English) are provided for global operation. ## 3.
