AOT-MSK-DPC-B320 is an automatic roll-to-roll rolling press system with precision digital pressure control for battery electrode production.
The rolling press has 370 mm width and 320 diameter high strength alloy rollers and can produce electrodes up to 350 mm width at 6 m/min max speed and the rolling force of 100 metric tons.

AOT-MSK-DPC-B320 fully automatic rolling press is designed for continuous rolling process of battery electrode, equipped with 320mm diameter high hardness alloy rolls (HRC 65-70, surface roughness Ra<0.4), providing 100 tons maximum pressure and ±0.0025mm thickness accuracy control. The rolling press supports continuous production of 350mm wide electrode foil (speed 0.3-6m/min), real-time adjustment of roll gap (0-2mm, resolution 0.001mm) and pressure load (1-100 tons) via touch screen, integrated online cleaning, trimming and dust removal modules, suitable for dry/wet electrode process. Standard roller loading and unloading trolley and data storage function, compatible with AC220V/380V three-phase power supply (6kW power consumption), to meet the high efficiency and high consistency of power battery, energy storage battery wafer mass production needs, wafer compact density fluctuations ≤ 1.5%.

A: The built-in cleaning module (non-woven cloth + ethanol spray) is activated after each production, and mirror polishing maintenance is carried out every 500 hours to avoid hard particles scratching the roll surface.
Q2: How long is the 100 tons pressure calibration cycle?
A: The rolling press is recommended to use standard pressure sensor (accuracy ±0.1%) for load calibration every 3 months, and the pressure linearity can be verified daily by touch screen self-test function.
Q3: How long does it take to switch the production speed from 0.3m/min to 6m/min?
A: Servo motor response time <1 second, stepless and smooth transition of speed switching, fluctuation of pole thickness is controlled within ±0.005mm.
Q4: Does the rolling press support the trial production of ultra-wide (>350mm) electrodes?
A: The effective width of the roll is 370mm, and the maximum width of the electrode can be 360mm, but the deviation of pressure uniformity in the edge 10mm area is about ±5%, so it is recommended that the width of mass production is ≤350mm.
