AOT-MSK-H2300-ER is a roll-to-roll hot rolling press with max. the working temperature of 200°C and Max. the pressure of 15T. The 300mm wide rollers (HRC60) allow the process of various materials such as battery electrodes, plastic media, soft metal, and composite foils. The built-in hydraulic pressure regulating system provides stable pressure control over the entire calendaring process. The hot rolling press is an ideal tool to increase material density and achieve better surface quality.

AOT-MSK-H2300-ER hot rolling press is designed for high-temperature precision rolling of battery electrode, soft metal and composite foil, equipped with 200℃ constant temperature electrically heated rolls (HRC60-62, 300mm effective roll width) and 15 tons of hydraulic pressure stabilizing system to achieve ±1℃ temperature control and ±0.005mm thickness accuracy. The hot rolling press adopts PLC touch control interface, integrated stepping motor to adjust the roll gap (resolution 0.001mm) and frequency conversion drive (0.1-5m/min infinitely adjustable speed), which is suitable for the continuous production of dry electrode and polymer film (optional R2R roll-to-roll module). Patented roller heating technology ensures <5% hardness degradation at high temperatures, and the standard roll cleaning and data recording functions meet the high-density, low surface roughness (Ra <0.6μm) processing needs of power batteries and flexible electronic devices, and improve material densification by more than 30%.

A: Adopting PID algorithm and dual-zone infrared temperature measurement feedback, the temperature fluctuation of the whole roll surface is ≤±1℃, which ensures the consistency of the thermal expansion coefficient of the material.
Q2: Does the hot rolling press support carbon fiber composite rolling?
A: It is compatible with soft metals and composite materials with hardness ≤50HRC, carbon fiber should be pre-coated with binder and thickness ≤0.5mm to avoid fiber breakage and damage to the roll surface.
Q3: What is the maintenance cycle of hydraulic system?
A: The hot rolling press replace the hydraulic oil (ISO VG46 standard) every 500 hours, check the accuracy of the pressure sensor every 1000 hours, and the system comes with an oil quality monitoring alarm function.
