AOT-MSK-2150-H5 is a 150mm width (6") pressure-control electric rolling press. The cold rolling press machine is an ideal rolling press with adjustable pressure for battery electrode calendaring and improving electrode density.
AOT-MSK-2150-H5 cold rolling press machine is a laboratory grade equipment designed for precision rolling of battery electrodes, equipped with 5-ton adjustable pressure system with 0.1-2.5m/min infinitely variable speed regulation, and ±1.5μm thickness accuracy control by hardened chrome-plated steel rolls (HRC58-60, Φ100×150mm). Dual digital micrometers support 0-2.5mm gap adjustment, suitable for continuous rolling of 140mm wide electrode foils to improve the consistency of electrode density.750W frequency conversion motor with single-phase 220V power supply, to meet the demand for flexible production from laboratory to pilot line. Equipped with CR2032 power supply high-precision thickness measurement module (resolution of 0.01mm), optional roll-to-roll system to extend the continuous production function. Equipment through the CE / ROHS / CCC certification, 1 year machine warranty, for lithium research and development, solid-state battery wafer optimization to provide efficient solutions.

FAQ
Q1: Is the cold rolling press machine possible to roll titanium alloy and other materials with hardness >50HRC?
A: The roll hardness is HRC58-60, but it is designed for soft electrode materials (e.g. aluminum/copper foil + active coating). Rolling metals with hardness >50HRC may damage the roll surface, so it is recommended to consult with an engineer to customize a reinforced roll system.
Q2: How to calibrate the thickness measurement system?
A: Use a standard thickness block (e.g. 1.000mm) to insert into the roll gap after start-up, zero the thickness by micrometer "Zeroing" function, and we recommend to verify the accuracy with a secondary standard block every quarter.
Q3: Does the rolling press machine support power input other than 220V?
A: The cold rolling press machine is compatible with 110-220V single-phase power supply, but users need to provide their own corresponding plugs (U.S./European norms, etc.), and the power should be stabilized at more than 1000W.
Q4: How to repair the chrome layer on the roll surface after wear?
A: The life of chrome plating is about 5000 times of rolling, after wear, it can be returned to the factory for re-coating, it is recommended to clean the roll surface with anhydrous ethanol and apply antirust oil every week.
Q5: Is the roll-to-roll system included in the standard configuration?
A: Roll-to-roll system is optional and requires additional order of transmission module and winding/unwinding mechanism. The standard machine only supports manual sheet feeding.
