Product description
AOT-MSK-530 is a manually-operated compact disassembling cutter machine for disassembling cylinder cases in the battery R&D lab. The compact body design allows easy operation inside a glove box to preserve & prevent the electrolyte and active materials from contamination during case disassembling. Simple operation with a safety protection cover.

FAQ
Q1: How to fix the Compact Disassembling Cutter in the glove box?
A: The bottom of the device is equipped with non-slip silicone pads, which can be placed directly on the operating table of the glove box (load-bearing capacity ≥ 50kg), and it is recommended to use nylon straps for further reinforcement to avoid vibration deflection.
Q2: How to replace the blade when it is worn out?
A: Loosen the quick release knob of the blade holder (included in the standard kit), take out the old blade and insert a new one (edge angle 30°±1°), reset and then calibrate by zeroing with a micrometer, the whole process takes less than 2 minutes.
Q3: How to maintain micrometer accuracy of 0.05mm for a long time?
A: Use a standard thickness block (e.g. 2.000mm) to calibrate every month. If the deviation is more than 0.02mm, adjust the micrometer trimming screws and lubricate the guide rail with antirust oil, then the accuracy can be restored.
Q4: How to prevent electrolyte leakage when the device is running?
A: Place the battery in the sealing fixture before disassembly, and the shield automatically closes after startup. Combined with the inert gas environment (e.g., argon) in the glove box, the risk of leakage tends to be close to zero.
Q5: Does it support disassembly of non-standard size cylindrical batteries?
A: The standard fitment is 18-21mm diameter batteries, if you need to dismantle larger sizes (e.g. 26650), you can customize the extension fixture (provide drawings of the battery dimensions, delivery time of 10 working days).
