AOT-ML-4060 precision laser cutting machine is specially designed for thin metal strips and precision parts, equipped with 1500W-6000W adjustable laser source (1064nm wavelength), realizing ±0.05mm cutting accuracy and ±0.002mm repetitive positioning accuracy. Adopting marble linear motor platform and intelligent automatic height adjustment system, the laser cutting machine is suitable for burr-free cutting of 0.1-0.8mm nickel/copper tape, battery lugs and titanium alloy eyeglass frames, etc. 400×600mm processing width with water-cooled thermostatic system supports 24 hours of continuous and stable operation, and the CCD visual localization (optional) can identify the structure of micro-holes of 0.01mm level. The laser cutting machine weighs 1600kg, integrated dual-drive structure reduces the threshold of operation, 15-25 working days delivery, to meet the hardware jewelry, new energy battery components and other industries of low-cost high-precision processing needs.

A: The laser cutting machine is designed for 0.1-0.8mm soft metal strips (nickel/copper/titanium alloy), to cut 1mm stainless steel, you need to upgrade to 3000W or above laser module and change the gas configuration. 


Q2: How does the optional CCD vision function improve processing accuracy? 

A: Optional CCD can automatically identify the edge of the material and preset markings, positioning error <±0.01mm, suitable for precision lugs and hollow pattern batch processing. 


Q3: Does 15-25 working days delivery time include laser power customization? 

A: Standard 1500W configuration can be delivered in 15 days, if you choose 6000W module or CCD system, the production cycle will be extended by 5-8 working days.
