AOT-EQ-SPC-3050 is a bench-top precision screen printing film coater driven by compressed gas with a coating area of 300 mm x 500 mm. It is a cost-effective tool for making various film coating with patterns and can be used for making flexible rechargeable battery electrodes, OLED, or thermoelectric devices.

Q1: How to switch between 170mm and 250mm scraper?
A: Loosen the locking bolt of squeegee holder, pull out the old squeegee horizontally and insert the new squeegee (blade angle 45°±2°), reset and calibrate the pneumatic pressure (standard 0.3-0.5MPa) by pressure gauge.
Q2: How to check the insufficient suction force of vacuum suction cup?
A: Check the sealing of the suction cup air circuit, clean the filter (once a month), make sure the negative pressure of the vacuum pump > -80kPa, if still abnormal, replace the silicone sealing strip.
Q3: How to calibrate the printing position accuracy of the equipment?
A: Use the standard positioning scale (included) placed in the center of the suction cup, through the X / Y axis fine-tuning knob to align the screen datum line, repeat three times the positioning error should be <±0.05mm.
Q4: Does the screen printing film coater support ceramic substrate or PI film printing?
A: It is compatible with rigid/flexible substrates with thickness ≤80mm. It is recommended that the air pressure be adjusted to 0.2MPa and the squeegee angle be set to 60° to minimize deformation when printing PI film.
Q5: Does the 110V version require additional equipment?
A: We need to purchase 100W transformer separately (not standard), note that the transformer power should match the maximum load of the equipment (peak 120W) to avoid overload burnout.
