AOT-MGW-1000 high temperature test chamber is designed for lab scale environment test on coin cell and pouch cells.The high temperature test chamber can heat up to 150℃. The cells are organized over two shelves that maximizes airflow and constant temperature conditions. The predrilled cable ports enable the in situ electrochemical performance measurements during the environmental test. It is compatible with battery tester for in situ battery performance test.
Other optional chamber capacity is 100L, 150L, 225L, 408L and 800L. Please contact AOT Supplies for a quote if you need other chamber capacity.

A: The port adopts a high temperature resistant silicone sealing ring (withstanding 200℃) and spring locking structure to prevent gas leakage caused by thermal expansion, suitable for 4-8mm diameter test cables.
Q2: Does it support synchronized access to multiple battery testers?
A: Standard 4 cable ports, can be expanded to 8 channels, need to choose multi-channel signal isolation module to avoid cross-interference.
Q3: How long does it take to cool down from 150℃ to room temperature?
A: Rely on natural cooling, no forced cooling module, it takes about 3 hours to cool down from 150℃ to 25℃ (ambient temperature 25℃), emergency cooling requires external ventilation equipment.
Q4: How to avoid the temperature difference between the layers of the sample rack?
A: The double-layer rack adopts the design of centrifugal fan at the top and deflector plate at the bottom, the temperature difference between layers is <0.5℃, and it is recommended that the single load is ≤80kg to ensure the uniformity of airflow.
Q5: What is the lead time for customized delivery of optional capacity?
